"Gala Dinner" Cultural Contamination with Executive Chefs Emanuele Mongillo and Farhad Shahverdiyev

The famous Executive Chef of the renowned Balzi Rossi restaurant, star guest of the Festival, will prepare a four-handed menu with CASA's professional Azerbaijani Chef, Farhad Shahverdiyev, consisting of dishes that blend tradition and innovation with typical products of the two countries. Each dish will be paired with a selection of fine wines from the best Italian wineries.
