This is an opportunity to delve into the ancient art of pizza making with Chef Pizzaiolo Aleksandr Slutu. A centuries-old tradition that will speak to masterclass participants through two types of doughs and 5 different recipes, starting from the classic "Margherita" (tomato, basil, mozzarella, parmesan, evo oil) and arriving to the "Marruzzella" (arugula, fresh tomato, prosciutto, stracciatella, parmesan flakes, balsamic vinegar cream and evo oil). Also will be prepared the "Marinara Sbagliata" (tomato, stracciatella, anchovies, basil, taggiasche olives, basil, capers, garlic, evo oil, oregano), the "Scugnizzo Calzone" (tomato, mozzarella, cooked ham, ricotta, parmesan, basil, evo oil) and the "Indiavolata" (tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, taggiasche olives, basil, evo oil).
