Renato Rizzi was born in Brescia, Italy, where he worked in "Labirinto" restaurant. He had a long Asian adventurues, indeed he had a job in Singapore at "Pasta Fresca" Restaurant first and then he entered in the circuit of Four Seasons Hotel when in 2018 at Koh Samui, Thailand he had is first experience. He is now the executive chef of the sophisticated Zafferano Restaurant in Baku.
Roberto Zizi had is very first contact with culinary world thanks to his mum's kitchen, the starting point of his career. He very soon flew abroad to work in luxurious restaurants and hotels around the world, across three continents ,in Caribbean sea, central Asia, in Dubai in the iconic Palm jumeirah, and in Saudi Arabia. Now, in Baku, he works as the executive chef of Fairmont Hotel.
Roberto Basei is the executive Chef of Dolce Vita Restaurant. After studying at Hotel Institute he attended the higher course of Italian cuisine at Alma the international school of Italian cuisine. During this experience he had the opportunity to work with “la Madia'' 2-star Michelin restaurant. He has a worldwide culinary experience and it has been one year and a half that he has become executive Chef.
Elio is a professional Chef who came all the way from the sunny Calabria to Baku. After an education at the Hotel Institute and a military training, he flew first to London then to Istanbul to work as a Chef. In the early 2000s he moved to Baku where he began working at the Italian Restaurant Scalini. He speaks of Baku as his home and to which he gives unique gastronomic experiences through his authentic Italian dishes.

After this experience he got a job at the Dynamo Hotel where he collaborated with Michelin-starred chef David Mottl learning to use the latest technology and techniques oriented to "Discipline and Perfectionism". During the pandemic, he worked at the hotel Merchant and now he has joined “CASA family” as Chef Lecturer .
